Here are a few important policies to keep in mind:
Deposit of 40%
Lîla Painting Et Cetera is 100% committed to your event once it is booked. All opportunities that come up during your time slot will be declined. Because of this, a 40% retainer is necessary to reserve your scheduled time. Once the date & time are agreed upon, a customized invoice for the deposit will be emailed to you. Payment can be processed with a credit, debit card or PayPal. As soon as a deposit is received your date & time will be secure. Your initial payment contributes to the full amount services rendered. The remaining balance + any additional charges are due on the day of your event after the artist's scheduled time. Please note that the final payment would be preferable and appreciated in cash or check.
Life is unpredictable and understandably cancellations happen. In the unfortunate circumstance that you must cancel, a partial refund will be happily given in the amount of half your deposit total. A check will be mailed to the address provided within 48 business hours.
Your Time Slot

Quite frequently parties are booked back to back. Because of this an artist must promptly finish their services at the end of their scheduled time. Sometimes an artist does not have another event to attend immediately. This would allow them to stay longer at your party! Should this be something you are interested in, additional services will be charged by the quarter hour and added to your final balance.
Recommendation: If you are expecting a large turnout it is important that your artist is booked for enough time or there is more than one artist booked to ensure everyone gets the service(s) you've scheduled.* If you're having trouble making that decision, please don't hesitate to send an inquiry!
